Returns and Replacements

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number from us. Please email us with the Subject: “Return Authorization” to request for a RMA number. To expedite this process, please specify clearly your reason for return and your order number. We will respond to your email within 2 business days. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.

All authorized returned products will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, provided that such products are returned and received by our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will be responsible for the return shipping charges if we ship you a defective and/or wrong product. Products returned should be in resalable condition and include original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. A restocking fee might be assessed and deducted from the refund if any accessories are missing. Please note that we will not accept returns on products that are in a non-resalable or in an old or used condition. Products returned that are found used will either be 1) Returned to sender OR 2) Charged a restocking fee and any additional costs incurred to have the necessary parts replaced.

If you receive a defective product please notify us within 3 business days of receipt. All defective products will be accepted by us for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion.

Again, you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) to return a purchase to us. Without a RMA, we will not beable to process the return and NO refund will be given. This stipulation has NO EXCEPTIONS.

Warranty Registration

Thank you for choosing Beyond Med Shop. Please note that all Zacurate®, Vaunn® and Cuddle Baby® products come with a one year warranty when purchased from authorized dealers. Current authorized dealers are “Amazon.com”, “Walmart.com”, “Vaunn Medical” and “Beyond Med Shop”. To file a warranty claim, please send an email to cs@beyondmedshop.com with the subject line “warranty claim” and attach a copy of your proof of purchase.

Acceptable Proof of Purchase Submissions (any of these will work):

Screenshot/Print-screen of your receipt (mobile or desktop).

Word Document containing the contents of your receipt.

.PDF file of your receipt.

Any other document/file showing proof of purchase.

Warranty claims will not be honored if products were purchased from unauthorized dealers.
