Platinum Health offers two methods of shipping for your Platinum Health purchase
Option 1: No Rush Standard Shipping
- Always free
- Order ships out in 2 to 3 business days after payment clears
- Ships USPS
Option 2: VIP Expedited Shipping
- $19.99 Flat Rate
- Product ships out same or next business day depending on the time of day purchased
- Ships UPS – 2 to 4 business days with tracking number

For orders shipping to final destinations outside of the USA, Platinum Health LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may be levied on the incoming product. By placing an order on this site buyers outside of the USA agree to act as the importer of record and as such agree to bear the costs if any, of all applicable customs, duties or taxes.
Return Policy
Platinum Health LLC will accept returns, but items must adhere to the following:
Things must be “AS NEW” and repackaged in the same box. Item must be returned within 10 days of receiving the thing. Discretionary returns will incur an up to 20% restocking charge and buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping. Products that have been exposed to bare skin/water/bodily fluids cannot be returned.
If you need to return a Platinum Health LLC product, please call customer service at 888-550-2410 or email us at info@platinumhealthllc.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not return products without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
