Safety Information For Chairs and Benches
1. In order for a person’s weight to be distributed evenly and safely, the bench must sit on a level surface: Legs must have enough clearance so that all four feet can sit squarely on the floor. Before purchase, please be sure that you have at least 16″ x 17″ clearance to ensure legs are not under undue stress, which can lead to legs bending or breaking.
2. Do not stand on the bench.
3. If bench legs appear to wobble, check that the screws are all properly tightened and that the bench is sitting level. If bench is still unstable or wobbly, do not use – and contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Your Drive branded product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser.
This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products and our assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.

No return will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the purchase date and without a valid RMA#. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of outbound & inbound shipping costs.
